Start of a New Season

The start of the new season is just around the corner! Here are some answers to some FAQs:

Q: When does league start?
A: We are projected to start on the 7th. Currently some bot testing is done and if all goes well, we should commence on the 7th.

Q: How do I fill out my roster?
A: By using the !roster !addplayer !editaccess command on Underlord's bots. If you do not have access to edit your roster, please contact one of the sysops or Underlord to have your access updated.

Q: What will the format be?
A: The format will be pyramid for regular season followed by playoffs. The finalized format can be found on the links to the left regarding matchups, rules etc.

Q: What times are the matches?
A: I will ask all teams to submit their preferred times (same as last season) to either Mauler, WarEngine or Crunchy so we can generate game times for the rest of the season. Take note that once again, you will still be able to negotiate a time with the other team if you do not like the automated time. If you fail to agree, it will fall back to that automated time.

If there are any other questions, please post on the forums as others may have the same question and the staff can post an answer everyone can view.

Update: Here are the following preseason matches coming up for this weekend. There will be 2 weeks of preseason to ensure everyone gets accustomed to the new bots and that they have their rosters filled out correctly. The following preseason matches are:

Teams that do not show up to both preseason rounds will be dropped. Captains can either turn in their preferred scheduling times or negotiate a time on the scheduling boards for preseason. However, a preferred time must be submitted by the end of next week's preseason.
