Daylight Savings Time Switch

Please tell everyone you know that the U.S. and Europe will lift daylight-saving time (DST) from 2:00 a.m. on Oct. 31 (local time). Accordingly, in those countries, the time will be set one hour back to 1:00 a.m. when the clock stands at 2:00 a.m. on Oct. 31. This has a direct impact on all match times as all matches will be played one hour later than if there were no time change. If your country or state does not recognize DST then expect to play matches or scheduled events one hour later than normal.
I'm amazed they don't mention the inconvenience to Subspacers in this essay: http://www.standardtime.com/.
